The past week and a half in our RV has been vaguely organized chaos as we've been remodeling our RV - demoing furniture, painting walls and building furniture!

We head out in search of local businesses to buy the supplies we need for our RV remodeling project, plus dehydrating with our Instant Pot!

This week we hit a major milestone on YouTube and we've been testing out a new kitchen appliance to see if you need one too!

With a little time on our hands, and stuck in isolation unable to travel, I've been spending some time making our RV smarter.

Life is very different up here in Boise, ID - not least because for the first time in almost four months we finally have hookups!
